We're partnering with a Federal Government organisation undertaking ongoing enhancements to a large-scale Pega case management platform. Following the successful implementation of a recent Pega solution, the team is now focused on continuous improvement, feature enhancements, process optimisation, and stakeholder-driven change initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who has worked extensively with Pega and enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with internal Pega delivery teams

Facilitating workshops and stakeholder consultations

Gathering, documenting and managing business requirements

Analysing current and future-state business processes

Developing process maps, specifications and recommendations

Identifying opportunities, risks and improvement initiatives

Supporting project delivery and change implementation activities

Engaging with a broad range of business and technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Proven Business Analysis experience within complex environments

Strong exposure to Pega platforms or Pega case management solutions





Ability to run workshops and elicit requirements from stakeholders

Experience documenting business processes and requirements

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Australian Citizenship is required

Nice to Have

Previous Federal Government experience

Exposure to legislative or compliance-driven project environments

What's On Offer

Hourly rate: $100 - $110 per hour + super

Initial 6-month contract

Hybrid working arrangements

Locations available across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and Hobart
