Our client is a large, highly successful and well-established real estate group based in Sydney's Inner East. With an impressive property management division overseeing approximately 2,000 properties across residential and commercial, they offer the systems, resources and support of a major business while maintaining a genuinely supportive team environment.

They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-established portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties.

The Position

This is a true portfolio management role where you'll be able to focus on your owners, tenants and the overall performance of your portfolio - rather than being pulled in every direction.

Managing approximately 180 residential properties, you'll be responsible for:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Conducting routine inspections
- Arrears management




- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Handling escalated tenancy matters
- Ensuring properties are managed efficiently and compliantly
- Working closely with your Property Officer and Leasing Consultant

With leasing and accounts handled separately and administrative support around you, the structure is designed to allow you to actually manage your portfolio properly.

The Person

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who knows how to run a portfolio and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.

You may already be operating at Senior Property Manager level, or you could be an established Property Manager ready to take the next step.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- The ability to confidently manage owners and tenants
- Robust organisation and attention to detail
- A calm, solutions-focused approach
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
