About the Role

Working alongside the Community Care Program Coordinator, you'll provide practical support to clients within the Community Care Program, helping them remain independent, comfortable and connected to their community.

Salary & Benefits

- Base salary between $2,743.20 and $2,875.40 per fortnight
- Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%
- 17.5% annual leave loading
