About the role
Inala Physiotherapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Inala, QLD. This is a full-time position (with part-time options considered for the right candidate) offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through evidence-based physiotherapy practice. You will work within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population. This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care to our local community.

What you'll be doing

- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings

- Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitation

- Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and documenting detailed clinical notes in line with professional standards

- Educating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies and exercise programmes to support long-term recovery outcomes

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, GPs and specialists to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care

- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional guidelines

- Contributing to a positive clinic culture and participating in team meetings and continuous career development activities





- Managing patient appointments efficiently and maintaining professional communication with patients and referring practitioners

What we're looking for

- A current registration or eligibility to register with Physiotherapy Board of Australia

- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree minimum; Masters welcome)

- Demonstrated experience in delivering physiotherapy services within a clinical setting

- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and treatment techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient relationships

- Proficiency in electronic patient management systems and basic IT literacy

- Current First Aid and CPR certification

- Working knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation, including privacy compliance and duty of care obligations

- A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

- Preferred: Experience in sports physiotherapy, workplace rehabilitation or specialised musculoskeletal conditions
