What You'll Be Doing:

- Processing a high volume end-to-end payroll for a multi-entity operation
- Handling Awards interpretation, leave, super, tax and terminations with accuracy and care
- Supporting fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles, on time, every time
- Assisting with reconciliations,



audits and compliance checks
- Getting hands-on exposure to a brand-new payroll system implementation
- Working closely with HR and the wider team to keep employee experience front and centre
- Picking up process improvement and automation initiatives as the function modernises

About You:

- 3/5+ years of end to end Australian payroll experience (large/complex workplace highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of Awards, super, tax and payroll compliance
- Great attention to detail and a genuine passion for getting things right
- Team player with strong communication skills
