GFTA launched in August 2025 and is now the world's leading professional trading card restoration service — the biggest name and the biggest influence in the space, with a client base spanning the globe. That growth wasn't luck. It was relentless, high-performance execution. We're looking for the person who can take it further.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, part-time position (3 days/week) for someone who has already proven they can grow an audience and drive results through paid ads and Shopify. You'll own GFTA's content and growth engine — social media, community, Shopify marketing flows, and paid ads. This is a niche, passionate community, so you need to genuinely understand the hobby, not just market to it. If you need to be managed, this isn't the role for you. If you operate like an owner and are energised by fast, high-stakes, high-growth environments, it is.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, film/shoot, edit and post premium-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms to keep growing our 100,000+ following

- Own day-to-day community engagement across a large, global audience

- Build and manage Shopify marketing automations and flows to drive conversion and repeat purchases

- Plan and run paid social/digital ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok Ads) with a clear eye on ROAS

- Track performance across every channel and report on growth, engagement and revenue

- Stay ahead of platform and ecommerce trends and bring fresh growth ideas to the table, unprompted

What You'll Bring

- A genuine interest in trading cards or collecting — ideally a collector yourself. You need to understand our customer because you are our customer,



not because you researched them

- A proven, provable track record — you can point to an account you grew or a campaign that delivered real results

- Elite content creation and video editing skills (short-form / Reels / TikTok-style content) — your work needs to look and feel premium

- Hands-on experience with Shopify, including setting up marketing automations/flows

- Experience planning and running paid ad campaigns with a performance mindset, not just a spend mindset

- A genuine high-performance mindset — deadline-driven, self-directed, and comfortable owning outcomes in a rapid-paced environment
