I’m looking for a professional cleaner for a full detail deep clean of my 1-bedroom apartment (approx. 45 sqm) in Balwyn North.

The apartment is empty. The clean is required because it was recently occupied by someone else for a few months, and I’d like it thoroughly refreshed to a high standard before using it again.

Tasks required:

* Full bathroom clean, including shower, tiles, glass and grout if possible
* Kitchen deep clean, including stovetop, sink, cupboards, drawers and surfaces
* Oven deep clean using natural / non-toxic products only
* Wipe down all surfaces and furniture
* Vacuum and mop all floors
* Clean inside, outside windows and balcony glass
* Balcony clean, including floor and surfaces
* Dusting throughout the entire apartment
* Mattress deep clean, steam or qualified method preferred
* Carpet deep clean, bedroom approx. 8 sqm
* Kitchen chairs deep clean

* Must bring all required cleaning equipment and products

* Please confirm whether carpet, mattress and kitchen chair deep cleaning are included in the total quote or quoted separately
* Prefer someone experienced in deep cleaning, not just basic cleaning
* Please provide a fixed total quote where possible, including any additional fees
