We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in a full-time role.

This position goes well beyond picking and packing. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and inventory, ensuring we have the right stock on hand, incoming goods are accurately received and recorded, and customer orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of Hairshop's warehouse, inventory and order fulfilment.

You'll also be responsible for picking, packing and dispatch of online orders and ensure the warehouse remains organised, efficient and ready to support the continued growth of Hairshop.

A key part of the role is stock management – monitoring inventory levels, placing stock orders, receiving and checking incoming deliveries, maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular stocktakes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Fulfilment & Logistics

- Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Coordinate daily outgoing orders and deliveries

- Ensure orders are packaged to Hairshop's presentation standards

- Manage general warehouse operations and daily logistics





- Prepare inventory for storage, dispatch and events

- Help improve warehouse processes as order volumes and the business grow

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock is maintained

- Place and manage stock orders with suppliers

- Receive incoming deliveries and accurately check goods against orders

- Ensure received stock is correctly entered into inventory systems

- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies

- Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts

- Maintain accurate inventory records

- Identify low-stock and out-of-stock items and take appropriate action

- Organise and replenish stock within the warehouse

Warehouse Co-ord

- Maintain a clean, safe and highly organised warehouse environment

- Ensure products are stored logically and efficiently

- Continually look for opportunities to improve stock organisation, fulfilment speed and operational efficiency

Additional Responsibilities

As part of a dynamic and cooperative team, you'll also have opportunities to work across other areas of Hairshop, including:

- Assisting with the setup, operation and pack-down of Hairshop and premium brand events





- Supporting the creation of content for Hairshop, including blogs and social media

- Assisting other areas of the business when required

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is highly organised and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly

- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Is reliable, punctual and accountable

- Is comfortable taking ownership and responsibility

- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Can work independently while also being a great team member

- Is confident working with inventory and computer-based systems

- Is physically capable of normal warehouse duties, including lifting and moving cartons of hair care products

- Enjoys identifying problems and finding better ways of doing things

- Wants to develop and grow with the business

Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce fulfilment or stock control will be highly regarded.

Training on Hairshop's systems and processes will be provided.
