Gaming Supervisor – Full Time

Rosstown Hotel is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Supervisor to join our team full-time.

With our recently refurbished gaming room, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of gaming compliance.

About Rosstown Hotel:

Rosstown Hotel is one of Melbourne’s premier hospitality venues, offering a vibrant sports bar, family bistro, drive-through bottleshop and a state-of-the-art gaming lounge. Following a major refurbishment, our gaming room provides guests with a modern, premium experience and continues to set the benchmark for service, presentation and responsible gaming.

About the Role:

- Full-time position – 38 hours per week

- Rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

- Lead day-to-day gaming operations in a busy, customer-focused environment

- Deliver exceptional service and build genuine relationships with our guests

- Ensure compliance with Victorian gaming legislation, Responsible Gambling requirements and venue policies

- Process jackpots,



payouts and gaming transactions accurately

- Support, coach and lead the gaming team during shifts

- Work closely with management to maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming environment

About You:

To be successful in this role you will

- Have previous experience in a Gaming Supervisor or senior gaming position

- Have a thorough understanding of Victorian gaming legislation and Responsible Gambling practices

- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

- Have excellent communication and leadership skills

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

- Hold a current Victorian Gaming Licence, RSA and RSG (or be eligible to obtain them)
