About the Company

Resourceful Recruitment has partnered with a global mining operator within the resources sector, committed to delivering safe, reliable and high-performance operational assets. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to join the team to fly out from Brisbane and be based in their Northern Queensland Office.

Position Overview
You will manage and coordinate projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered safely, predictably and in accordance with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects end-to-end, from planning through to closeout
- Prepare clear project plans, reports and documentation
- Own scope, schedule, budget and quality across each project
- Manage project risk and embed a risk-aware team culture
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and engineering teams
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You





- Demonstrated experience delivering capital projects in mining, resources or heavy industry
- Strong PM experience across civil, infrastructure, piping or multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Solid grounding in project controls - scope, schedule, cost, risk and contractor management
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced operational environment
