Our client is a well established funds management services business providing tailored investment solutions to leading investment managers and their clients.

Operating across multiple jurisdictions, they work with everyone from local boutique firms through to globally renowned asset managers, and are currently growing their Client Operations function with a newly created role in Brisbane.

About the Role
As Client Operations Officer, you'll work closely with the Client Operations and Client Services teams on client deliverables, managing investor transactions and ensuring internal and outsourced processes are performed accurately and efficiently.

This is a broad role, covering everything from new client application review and identification requirements through to transaction reconciliations, vendor management support and general client relationship support.

Responsibilities

- Review and manage new client application forms and associated identification requirements
- Support the resolution of investor transaction issues and perform client holding and transaction reconciliations
- Assist with vendor management, including monitoring outsourced service provider performance and supporting regular reviews
- Help coordinate the production and distribution of investor statements, including monthly transaction statements and tax related documents
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via phone and email




- Collaborate across compliance, sales, finance and investment operations to address client needs
- Assist in documenting and maintaining internal procedures for client servicing and administration

About You

- Experience within Transfer Agency, Registry, or AML/KYC investor onboarding is highly regarded
- Exposure to funds management or broader financial services is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities
- Self reliant and resourceful, comfortable taking initiative in a fast paced environment
