This is a residential electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding role. You will install power points, lighting, switchboards, smoke alarms and other electrical equipment on renovations, new builds and general maintenance jobs. You will diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently, working safely in accordance with Australian Standards. You will communicate professionally with customers, builders and other trades, maintain a clean and organised work area, and complete jobs independently when required.

About you
- Tasmanian electrical licence
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Construction White Card
- Robust residential electrical experience
- Ability to fault-find and work independently
- Good understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and relevant electrical requirements
- Own basic hand tools
- Full Australian working rights
- Reliable, punctual and able to turn up ready to work
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
