The Company:
Our client is a WA owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the state.
They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation, health and mixed-use developments, typically ranging from $20M–$300M.
Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team and sit on a project valued at $120M.
The Role:
Commercial management of one major project
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team
Managing procurement, subcontract administration, variations and cost reporting

About You:




Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Experience managing projects $80M + as the commercial lead.
Previous main contractor experience is essential
Local experience and key relationships with the local supply chain.
10yrs+ experience working in commercial building
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Solid commercial awareness and persuasive negotiation skills
