Our specialist business connects skilled professionals across Mining and Resources, Shutdowns, Civil Construction, and Industrial Services.The Opportunity We are currently seeking experienced Dump Truck, Dozer, and Excavator Operators to join long-term open pit gold projects across the Goldfields and Mid-West regions of WA.
You'll be working within a high-performing production team, operating a modern fleet on multi-year projects with solid job stability.

Competitive rates: Up to $70/hr – Excavator / All-Round /Dozer Operators Up to $55/hr – Dump Truck Operators Work on brand new / low-hour equipment

Operate Komatsu PC & PC Excavators
Production digging in open pit gold environments Tasks include drop cuts, double benching, and drill pad preparation All-Round / Dozer Operators Operate CAT D9 & D10 Dozers
Support production works including clean-ups, push work, and tip head management Dump Truck Operators Operate Komatsu , HD* & CAT 777 trucks




Support load and haul operations in production mining environments Key Responsibilities Operate machinery safely and efficiently in a production environment Conduct pre-starts, inspections, and hazard identification Follow site procedures and safety standards Work collaboratively with crews and supervisors About You Minimum 12+ months production mining experience (open cut preferred) Experience on CAT and/or Komatsu equipment
Strong ability in high-volume production environments
Current WA Driver's Licence
Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
Current National Police Clearance
Full Australian working rights Highly Regarded GPS experience (Trimble) Experience backing under *T excavators
Watercart or grader experience Local Candidates Encouraged Candidates based near Norseman, Leonora, Meekatharra & Mt Magnet (or within DIDO distance) are strongly encouraged to apply.
