Are you passionate about driving operational excellence, leading meaningful change, and delivering measurable business improvements? We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to play a key role in enhancing business performance across our APAC operations.

This role handles driving operational improvement through the analysis of structures, processes, and procedures, ensuring the business operates efficiently and effectively. A key focus is delivering strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance and generate measurable gains.

The position involves working in conjunction with departmental leads for the development of operational and administrative processes, procedures, and reporting, to support clear visibility of business performance improvements. Maintaining accurate data and insights for the Senior Management Team is essential, enabling informed, data driven decision‑making.

In addition, the role plays a central part in supporting the company’s digital transformation journey, driving the scaling of digital solutions and ERP transition across the APAC business unit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational and commercial performance.

Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and sustainable business outcomes.

Partner with leaders to deliver business improvement and change initiatives.

Support the rollout of global digital solutions and the Dynamics 365 ERP transition.

Improve project planning, delivery and reporting across the business.

Analyse operational data to provide insights and support strategic decision‑making.

Develop business cases and recommendations for improvement opportunities.

Monitor project outcomes and benefits realisation to ensure value is achieved.

Champion Lean principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Coach and support teams to embed new processes, systems and ways of working.





Experience & Qualifications

Three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.

Competency in computer packages and relevant software applications

Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation projects.

Knowledge of business process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.

“Lean” Training competency is desirable

Behaviours and Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels and with global partners.

Strong organisational, planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational and system data and resolve complex issues.

Experience implementing initiatives, standards, and process improvements, supported by a solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
