About The Role

As Team Leader, you will:

- Lead, mentor and support a team of Occupational Therapists
- Provide clinical guidance, supervision and professional development
- Drive quality, consistency and best practice across service delivery
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support team and business goals
- Contribute to service growth, workforce planning and operational excellence

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical experience within disability, community, or related settings
- Previous leadership, supervision or mentoring experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- A passion for developing others and delivering person-centred care
