Perrott Painting is seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand / Foreperson to join our growing team on a full time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified painting skilled looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial repaint projects throughout the Perth Metro area.
Working closely with our Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of painters and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within scope.
About the Role
As a Leading Hand / Foreperson, you will:
Work closely with the Project Manager to gain a clear understanding of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate, supervise and work alongside your painting crew.
Manage daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and clients.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Essential Requirements
Trade qualification in Painting and Decorating.
Robust organisational and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret project documentation and specifications.




Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Current driver's licence.
White Card.
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Working at Heights accreditation.
Current EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Licence.
Experience as a Leading Hand/Foreperson.
Experience working from:
Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs)S
Scaffolding
Swing Stages
