Adelaide University invites applications for a postdoctoral research associate to advance operational forest inventory methods using LiDAR, UAVs, TLS/MLS, and machine learning. The project targets scalable, landscape-scale inventories to aid timber valuation, carbon accounting, and forest management, with a focus on Mount Gambier and Mawson Lakes campuses.

Successful candidates will develop recent calibration-transfer approaches, integrate multi-source data, and collaborate with industry partners
