Join a respected and growing financial planning group where you will work closely with an experienced Senior Financial Adviser and contribute across the full advice process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Attending client meetings alongside the Adviser
- Assisting with implementing advice strategies
- Researching superannuation, retirement, investment, insurance, wealth creation, and estate planning strategies
- Preparing and reviewing ROAs and coordinating with paraplanners on SOAs
- Supporting ongoing client relationship management and practice initiatives

Join a highly regarded financial planning firm with a structured Professional Year (PY) pathway designed to support your progression toward becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.

Key responsibilities include:

- Participating in client meetings and preparing meeting packs
- Developing technical strategies and maintaining CRM file notes
- Liaising with the outsourced paraplanning team for SOA and ROA preparation
- Preparing client review reports and Annual Advice Agreements (AAAs)
- Ensuring advice meets Best Interest Duty and compliance requirements

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

- 2-3+ years of experience as an Associate Adviser within an Australian financial planning practice
- Experience using Xplan, AdviserLogic, Plutosoft, or similar financial planning software
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and client-focused mindset
