SolaX Power in Melbourne is seeking a Hotline Engineer to join our Customer Service team. You will be the first contact for customers, log inquiries, perform basic troubleshooting, and route cases to the right teams to ensure timely resolution.

Qualified candidates have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, at least 1 year in technical support or call center roles, and experience with solar inverters, CRM systems, and remote support tools.
