Join our client an ASX leading Australian gold company as an experienced
Site Administrator
to provide high-quality administrative and logistical support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the mine site.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate site rosters, travel and accommodation arrangements for employees, and contractors
Process site mobilisation, access requests, inductions and training requirements through INX
Maintain personnel records, travel manifests and workforce compliance documentation
Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and receipting in Pronto
Collate and process contractor timesheets
General administrative activities, while supporting both operational and corporate teams to maintain safe and productive mining operations.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Site Administrator in a mining setting
Demonstrated Pronto experience, particularly for purchase orders (POs) and receipting




Strong INX experience, including InFlight, InTuition and LMS
Previous exposure to rostering and accommodation allocation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site workplace
Ability to work effectively with site-based operational and corporate teams
'C' class manual driver's licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mining administrator who is confident working with Pronto and INX and can step into a busy site-based setting from day one.
