We are seeking a motivated and responsible Lawyer with 1 to 3 years' post-admission experience to join our team, working in Family Law, Protection & Care, Restraining Orders and Criminal Law.
We require you to commence immediately and to commit to full time hours.
You will work on and be responsible for a range of tasks required in the operation of a busy law firm, including:
running your own files under supervision, across our practice areas;
drafting court documents, affidavits, letters and briefs to counsel;
conducting legal research;
appearing in the Family Court, Children's Court, Magistrates Court and District Court of WA;
liaising with clients, other team members and external stakeholders, including the DPP, Legal Aid and barristers; and
a range of other tasks as required.
