We're hiring – Nursing Team Leader
Arrow Health is looking for an experienced and motivated Nursing Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment, mental health and recovery-focused care, and who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
The role will provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to our nursing team, promoting high standards of care, clinical governance, career development and a positive, cooperative team culture.

Robust clinical nursing skills and sound clinical judgement An interest or experience in AOD and/or mental health Emerging or established leadership capability A supportive, approachable and accountable leadership style* A passion for developing others and improving clinical practice
