Melbourne-based consumer electronics retailer seeks an experienced Store Leader to oversee a high-traffic store. You will coach and develop a team on the shop floor, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.
You'll report to the Retail Manager, own store performance, manage rosters and payroll, and lead from the front with an hands-on leadership style. Immediate start and fixed-term through April with regional onboarding.
