The JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Returns Team Member for the Home Delivery Centre, handling timely returns of faulty and damaged bulky goods and supporting customers and stores.
You will manage escalations, coordinate with stores and HDC teams, process transactions, and help keep returns inventory accurate. Applicants should have warehouse experience and licenses, and be available Tuesday to Saturday 7:00 to 15:06.
