Serco is recruiting an experienced Human Resources Consultant for Fiona Stanley Hospital in Murdoch, Perth. You will partner with HR Business Partners to provide timely HR advisory services to a portfolio of about 2,500 employees.
You'll interpret industrial instruments, manage position processes, support change management, and help ensure policy compliance in a rapid-paced setting. This role is in office five days a week with one day WFH after six months.
