High-Intensity Clinical Complex Care to join our growing team in The Northern Beaches. We have clients in Dee

The Role In line with TheNDIS Choice and Control ,our participants look for consistency andrelationships, so buildingrapportis essential to the role.

/n

Shift Structure: There are 15-20 hours available per week. Multiple participants in the area that would benefit from your support.

/n

Growth: As youestablishtrust, there is significant opportunity to fill your schedule with multiple shifts throughout the daywith shifts varying in times between6amto10pm.

/n

Environment:



Support ranges from 2:1behavioralshiftto 1:1personalcare in private homes, community access, day programs,transport services,or SIL environments. Requirements & Experienceincludes but is not limited to :

/n

Experience implementing Behavior Support Plans (BSP). Expertiseworkingwith participants with extreme behaviors like schizophrenia.

/n

Experience with Daily Personal Careand Daily Living Support Activities.

/n

Proficiencyin PEG feeding, Diabetes management, Catheter care, Seizure managementetc. Meal preparation that aligns with special dietary needs (diabetic, low sodium, high protein, sauce based).

/n

Competency in manual handling, including the use ofslings and hoists.

/n

Experience administering medication using a plan, webster pack, crushing etc. Experience using slip sheets, hoists, slings,wheelchairs,etc.

/n

for transfers of participants with extreme impairments. Strong emotional resilience and de-escalation skills.

/n

Ability tomaintainaccurateclinical documentation, riskassessments,and reporting.

/n

Ability to communicate withparticipantswhere they may be limited in ability. Time Management & Organization.

/n

Working Independently, Under Pressure and solid understanding of reporting guidelines.

/n

Engaged clients in physical and cognitive activities to promote wellbeing. Mandatory Criteria

Minimum Cert III in Individual Support or Disability. NDIS
