The Role

You'll be at the heart of large-scale camp kitchens, turning out quality meals for hardworking crews — because good food matters when people are far from home. Expect variety, pace, and the satisfaction of running a tight, well-fed operation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Cooking high-volume breakfast,



crib, lunch and dinner services
- Producing consistently excellent meals, whether feeding 20 or 200
- Running buffet-style service in a fast-paced camp kitchen
- Catering to dietary, allergy and cultural needs with care
- Keeping HACCP and food safety standards front and centre
- Running an audit-ready, efficient kitchen
- Working rotating day, night and split shifts

What You'll Need

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Solid background in high-volume catering
- Robust grasp of HACCP and food safety procedures
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 4 months, Clear)
- White Card
- Full Australian working rights
- Currently based in Western Australia
- Ready to mobilise at short notice for FIFO assignments
