About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Approved Managers and Bar Staff to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality workplace at our prime Perth waterfront location in WA 6000. Whether you are an experienced bar qualified or looking to develop your hospitality skills in a welcoming environment, this role offers flexibility and the chance to be part of a thriving community venue.

Key responsibilities

- Delivering exceptional customer service to all members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and qualified manner
- Preparing and serving beverages accurately and efficiently, following our quality and presentation standards
- Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions accurately and securely
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming bar environment at all times
- Monitoring bar stock levels and assisting with inventory management and ordering as required
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol practices
- For Approved Managers: Supervising bar operations during shifts, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to club policies and procedures
- For Approved Managers:



Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues professionally and promptly
- Building positive relationships with regular patrons and contributing to a welcoming club atmosphere

What we're looking for

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain it
- For Approved Managers: Current Approved Manager certification under Western Australian liquor licensing laws
- Previous experience working in a bar, hospitality, or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of beverage types, cocktail preparation, and pouring techniques (preferred)
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to be a flexible team member
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- For Approved Managers: Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a hospitality setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle member information professionally
