The Chance

As a Department Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing your team while delivering exceptional commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage rostering, workforce planning and daily operations

- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards

- Recruit, onboard and develop future retail leaders

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximise results

About You

You are a confident and inclusive leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others.

- Previous retail leadership experience within a busy environment

- Strong people leadership and coaching capability

- Experience managing KPIs, sales targets and operational performance

- Commercial acumen and confidence working with reports and data

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities
