Are you a senior developer ready for your next big challenge? This is your chance to move into a leadership role while still staying close to the code. We are looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of our applications and integrations, work across exciting enterprise-scale projects, and influence the technical direction of the business.

/n

What you'll do:

/n

Lead the design and development of contemporary, high-performing applications and integrations

/n

Continue coding while mentoring and guiding other developers

/n

Work with tools like Boomi, Mule Soft, or Azure alongside Java, C#, and cloud platforms

/n

Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver on key projects

/n

Shape and own the technical roadmap to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready

/n

What you bring:

/n

5+ years in software development with strong application architecture experience

/n

Skills across Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, MS Power Apps, React, or similar stacks

/n

Experience with microservices, API management, integration frameworks, and cloud platforms

/n

Familiarity with enterprise-scale development and modernisation projects

/n

Knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD methodologies

/n

Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models and cloud-native architecture

/n

Strong communication skills and an appetite for stepping into leadership

/n
