Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor
$70K-$85K + Super

The Role
You will undertake basic hands-on maintenance and oversee building maintenance, contractors and coordinate repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time.
This role is based in the Perth CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising hands-on basic building maintenance and repairs to supervise day-to-day delivery of the maintenance and repairs of contractors.
Report to Senior Management about any costing and repairs.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on site, including signing in and out.
Identify opportunities to improve the building performance and maintenance processes.




Coordinate with occupants to identify building repairs and maintenance requirements.
Practice WHS and conduct site inspections.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in Hotel Maintenance or any Facilities Management role.
Positive communication skills and friendly manner.
Solid problem solving/solution finding skills.
A good understanding of WHS.
