The Peel Community Mental Health Service, part of the South Metropolitan Health Service, is seeking a dedicated Welfare Officer to join our team on a permanent part time basis (45.6 hours per fortnight).
You will assess welfare needs, assist access to advantages, liaise with government and service providers, and collaborate with the Adult Community Treatment and Assertive Treatment teams to deliver a comprehensive social welfare service.
