Sharp & Carter is seeking an Assistant Accountant to support financial operations across a diverse property portfolio. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will handle accounts payable/receivable, monthly close, budgeting and cash flow reporting, and lease administration in a property management system.
The ideal candidate is CA/CPA-qualified (or working towards), with prior Assistant Accountant experience, robust Excel, and familiarity with Yardi or similar software.
