Mercure Newcastle is seeking a part time hotel all-rounder to join the team on the beautiful NSW coast. You will deliver service from check-in to check-out, be the first point of contact for guests, and rotate shifts across Food & Beverage and Front Desk.
We are looking for previous hotel customer service experience, robust computer skills (MS Office and Opera), and a skilled presentation. RSA is required or obtainable before starting.
