VACCA - Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency seeks an Aboriginal Community Connector to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, strengthening connections to culture, community, kin and Country in Dandenong/Frankston. This full time fixed-term role supports self-determination and healing.
You will build local relationships, facilitate cultural activities and collaborate with Case Managers to promote culturally robust practice. Salary range $105,570–$110,350 plus super.
