You will lead Design Coordinators and offshore drafters, forecast workload, ensure buildable shop drawings, and collaborate with Project Managers, clients and consultants to maintain momentum.
This role requires solid NCC/AS/AS knowledge and a team-oriented, solutions-focused leadership style.
