You will prepare dishes, manage ingredients, and maintain OH&S; in daily kitchen operations.
Ideal candidates have AQF associate degree or Cert III/IV in Hospitality, with full time availability and experience with commercial kitchen equipment.
Salary ranges $80,000–$85,000 per year.
