Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Resolution and Tribunal Officer for a 3 months contract with a local authority.
You will manage a caseload of SEND tribunal appeals, coordinate mediations, and represent the Local Authority at tribunal hearings.
The role requires liaising with parents, carers, young people, legal representatives, advocates and educational settings, and collaborating with SEN, legal and education specialists to achieve timely, compliant resolutions.
