Bendigo Health is seeking a Grade 2 Social Worker to join our Social Work Department, with a primary focus on Subacute Inpatient Services including Rehabilitation and Geriatrics.
You will provide psychosocial assessment and intervention, support discharge planning, and work within a multidisciplinary team to promote person-centred care.
This ongoing part time role offers opportunities for career development and access to staff advantages.
