The Living Company in Sydney is seeking an Investment Associate for its Retirement Living Core Fund. You will be involved across the full lifecycle of real estate investments, including origination, transactions, asset management, and investor relations to drive value and reporting.
You will build and maintain fund models, run scenarios, and analyze prospects, while supporting capital raising and preparing materials for boards and Investment Committees.
