Repco Coopers Plains is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and ensure safety and compliance in a quick-paced automotive parts setting. Previous supervisory experience in retail or trade is preferred, with a valid driver's licence and the ability to lift heavy items.
