Roshana Care Group is seeking a highly organised Rostering Coordinator for Grandton Aged Care in Western Australia. The role manages day-to-day rostering, shifts, and workforce coordination to maintain protected staffing and high-quality resident care.
Working closely with the Facility Manager and clinical leaders, you will coordinate rosters, handle leave, and respond to staffing requirements. This is a part time position from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm, in a bustling aged care setting.
