Australian Venue Co. is seeking two experienced Sous Chefs to join our Hobart team at The Telegraph Hotel.
You will work closely with the Head Chef, lead a busy kitchen during peak services and help drive a high-quality food offering across the venue. We're looking for leaders who stay calm under pressure, demonstrate solid culinary skills, and actively coach junior chefs while ensuring food safety and cost controls.
