Holmesglen Private Hospital are seeking an experienced Orderly to join our team on a casual basis. In this role you will work within a supportive team to ensure our patients have a excellent experience during their care.

About us

Holmesglen Private Hospital is a world class facility located in the South Eastern region of Melbourne. Close to public transport and with affordable onsite parking.

Holmesglen Private is a state of the art 147 bed hospital, comprising of a 24/7 Emergency Department, 6 bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 9 bed specialised Coronary Care Unit (CCU), 12 bay Day Infusion Unit and 5 specialised inpatient units. – including Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology and Rehabilitation Services

As an Orderly your responsibilities will include:

Cultivating a hospitable and friendly environment for all patients

Movement of patients throughout the hospital

General restocking of equipment, gases and waste management

Essential Criteria:

Strong customer service background

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Prior experience working as an Orderly preferred but not esssential

Demonstrated ability to show empathy when dealing with challenging situations

Ability to prioritise and organise work,



with minimal supervision

Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under pressure
