A new ICG client is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in the Australian Financial Services Regulatory Reporting regime to join a small project team to review their client’s Regulatory (ASX, ASIC, AUSTRAC) reporting practices, processes, and controls to assure management that they are producing accurate and consistent reporting.

Role

Review the in-scope regulatory reports for their adherence to the regulatory and internal policy requirements and also of the report generation processes and controls to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Key Deliverables:

Working as part of a consulting team, review in-scope regulatory transaction reports to confirm they meet the regulator’s specifications / identify gaps to address. This will require a review of the existing documented specifications, actual reports, and conversations with the client’s teams.

Skills and experience required:

- Transaction Reporting to Australian Regulators essential

- Expert Transaction Reporting knowledge in Global Markets (Derivatives, FX) and Securities Lending domains

- Influencing people / engaging with teams to receive required inputs/data from colleagues

- Self-starter,



problem solver –someone who will be productive quickly, get the outputs delivered on time and show initiative in asking probing questions.

Logistics

Start date: Immediate 25th March 2024 start Duration: Eight-Weeks

Location: Sydney

The daily net rate to the consultant will be $1,500 per day paid plus gst to the right skilled.
