About the role:

Auski Roadhouse is a welcoming and busy roadhouse located in the heart of Western Australia. We are looking to expand our kitchen team with the following roles available:

- Qualified Chef / Commercial Cook

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards and managing kitchen resources. This role demands flexibility, as significant overtime will be required to meet the needs of our bustling roadhouse which operates 7 days a week.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a diverse range of meals, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary kitchen environment.




• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and development.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Cater to special dietary requirements and preferences of guests.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum Cert 4 Commercial Cookery (for Chef/Commercial Cook position)
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high-volume service.
• Flexibility to work significant overtime as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
