An ICG client is looking for an IT service and process design lead consultant (senior consultant/manager level) to include in a tender for the development of a technology services target operating model, transitional implementation planning, and business readiness preparations for a government client.
Role
Provide support for development of service delivery models, process models, system & tool usage, SLAs, risk controls, and migration plans for a target operating model design & implementation planning engagement.
Key Deliverables:
- Service delivery models (who, what, where, how)
- Partnership & ecosystem engagement models
- Process models (likely based on ITIL or similar)
- Process/service design
- Competencies, capabilities definition & gap assessment
- FTE determination
- Process Metrics, SLA & KPI definition
- Risk identification and control design
- Review of testing use cases and regimes
- Migration implementation planning
Skills and experience required:
- Human capital management â structural org design expertise
APTâs must be lodged within 48 hours. We will review all APT's and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
