A long standing ICG client is looking for a highly experienced expert hardship and arrears specialist to join their team for up to 4 months full time or 6 months part time
Role
Reporting to the CEO of mortgages, the accredited professional will work with the broader team to effect a reduction in customers in arrears and hardship.
Key Deliverables:
- Baseline current approach and process and policy
- Identify arrears for immediate improvement, based on benchmarks and industry insights
- Identify more significant initiatives and the investments required to support them
- Roll their sleeves up and assist with implementation
Skills and experience required:
- Deep and proven experience in the Australian mortgage lending sector
- Full fluency with all relevant regulation (Government and ABA)
- Stakeholder interfacing / engaging with senior peers and credit, policy and process teams to receive required inputs / data
APTâs must be lodged within 48 hours. We will review all APT's and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
