A prestigious client of ICG is embarking on an enterprise-wide digital transformation centred around implementing a next-generation industry-specific CRM platform. This initiative aims to modernise operations, consolidate systems, and leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making across their diverse business units. We seek an exceptional technology consultant to help shape our proposal and drive successful project execution

The project is world-class in nature and will require CRM expertise that satisfies the needs of a complex multi-dimensional entertainment, education, recreation, accommodation, conference and event space, with the fusion of leading and bleeding-edge technologies which will be showcased to local and global clients

Role

- Develop a comprehensive training strategy to support the adoption of a recent CRM platform by a small marketing and communications team.

- Create user guides and training materials that will help users understand the new workflow

- Conduct training sessions for different user groups

- Support change management initiatives

- Enable knowledge transfer to internal teams

Skills and experience required:

- 10+ years of enterprise CRM implementation experience

- Deep expertise in modern CRM platforms and industry trends. Tessitura CRM experience and knowledge preferred.





- Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation projects

- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication

- Change management and training delivery expertise

Logistics

Start date: 4-8 Weeks, support will be on a part-time basis and be propositional to ability to add value Duration: we anticipate 2.5 - 3 days a week, depending on the stage of the project

Location: Sydney

Rate: The daily rate to the consultant will be AUD$1,750+ per day, reflecting the

seniority required and part time nature of the role
